Price & Turnaround
To draft an original floorplan from on-site drawing to completion (full service):
The price includes a visit to the property by a floorplansource professional to measure and draft.
The formula is simple. The base price for a floorplan up to and including the first 1000 sq. ft. is $295. For each additional sq.ft, add 19.0 cents. This constitutes the full service price, (tax is additional).
To have Floorplansource draft from a client supplied original:
Full price minus a percentage (%) to be determined after the supplied original is evaluated by Floorplansource; usually about 25% less than the full service price (see drafting from client supplied original floorplan).
Turn-around time
Floorplansource is keenly aware of the need for you to receive your custom drafted floorplan as quickly as possible. Therefore, we are dedicated to making the process more and more expedient while not compromising on quality and accuracy. If the floorplan is under 2,500 sq. ft. we can display your proof within 1 ½ business days. Add 1 business day for each additional 2,500 sq. ft.
